Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
Payment is by credit card online; all credit and debit cards are processed via a secure site. If you prefer to order by phone please call 015394 48009, 10am – 5 pm every day. If you would like to pay by cheque please post your order to Cedar Gallery, 17 Crescent Road, Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 1EA. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
PRICES
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include 17.5% VAT.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within ten working days of receipt. If the item is temporarily out of stock or, for original artwork, if it has already been sold, we will notify you by email. Delivery charges vary depending on the item and will be added on the checkout page.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For delivery to destinations outside the UK, please email for a quote. VAT is not charged on orders from outside the European Union. VAT will be deducted from your order before the postage charge is added.
RETURNS
Items ordered online may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition. We will issue a full refund less delivery charge. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods to us. We recommend you use a registered service with insurance. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. These conditions apply to website orders only.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
