Jamie Hageman is a British self-taught mountain landscape painter, based in the West Highlands of Scotland. Mountaineering and painting have been central to his life from an early age. “I am often awestruck in the mountains, and would like the viewer to feel the same emotion when faced with my work.”
Jamie was a finalist of Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2015. His artwork has been featured in several national publications including Trail Magazine, BMC Summit Magazine, The Scotsman and the Sunday Post, Art of England, Scottish Homes and Interiors, and Art News Scotland magazines.
His paintings are held in collections throughout the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
