Jan is based in south Cumbria, she creates enduring pieces of wearable art and art accessories for the home. Recently inspired by birds, printing their images and silhouettes into porcelain. Jan’s breadth of work from jewellery to ceramics reflects the breadth of her career: she has a degree in sculpture and fine art and has worked for the Queens dressmaker, Norman Hartnell.
