Katie Day

Katie is a painter and dedicated cloud watcher, inspired by the changing light, weather and mood of the natural world. She creates land, sea and skyscapes in acrylics and oils using layered textures and metallic accents.
To produce her semi-abstract work, Katie uses her own images to study clouds and light. These help her translate natural scenes in to textured compositions that evoke mood and space.
