Richard King is a well-known artist from Birmingham, creating fantastic paintings mainly of landscapes and seascapes. Believing that it is important to share and express the beauty of the natural world, to inspire people to treasure nature but also to preserve these scenes for future generations.
His paintings are created by the unique technique of painting backwards onto the opposite side of glass, which when flipped reveal the colourful and mesmerizing images. This method is one that Richard has worked hard to hone over the years, to achieve the radiance that can be seen in his paintings. Richard has a love for the outdoors and goes out to capture the images that he wants to paint himself
