Mani Parkes is inspired by the day to day sights as she cycles through higgledy piggledy streets, identifying charming buildings and quirky characters.

Mani loves nature, a beautiful pair of spotty wellingtons or a stripey scarf. She uses acrylic paint combined with a muted palette of chalky blues, greys and whites with an uplifting dash of red.
