Joanna Mlynarczyk

Originally from Poland, Joanna has been based in the UK for the past eight years. For many years, she worked as a graphic designer and children’s book illustrator.

Since moving to Cumbria, Joanna has been deeply inspired by its landscapes, which continue to shape and define her work. Painting the surrounding environment has been her way of connecting with, and settling into this remarkable location. Joanna creates her work in mixed media, using oil, acrylic and watercolour.
