Barbara & Kelly are a glass working duo known as Mother & Daughter. Their love of their coastal surroundings and glass has blossomed into the handmade fused glass artwork that can be seen today but all began from a small laundry room in Kelly’s home!

​Since 2010 they have obtained City & Guilds Level 1,2 & 3 in Decorative Stained Glass, these qualifications encompass all aspects and styles of glass work, including leaded pieces, copper foil work, mosaic and of course fused glass.
The use of frit (glass pieces/powder) gives texture to the sea inspired glass home-ware making them very tactile.

​Based in Plymouth they aim to capture the landscape that surrounds them…
“We try to capture the movement and ‘roll’ of a wave in our pieces and use different shades of glass to capture the light, shade, depths and mood of the sea…”
